Why is that?
Our minds usually refer to intelligence, our hearts to emotions, but, our eyes for our type of being? Could it be because they change with how much light is in the room? The more light, the smaller they are to take in less and the less light the larger they are to take in as much as possible? Or, is it because it is through them we see? We can see color, see things happen, see the world around us. Or how people's eyes are different, as people are also different?
I do not know the answer but, I do know that sight is a very interesting thing. Alma 32:21 teaches us that, "faith is not to have a perfect knowledge of things; therefore if ye have faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true." (emphasis added)

How interesting it is that we long to see all but, God asks us to have faith which is not to see but, believe. However, it can be hard. Many ask for miracles before they will believe something is true but, that is not how God teaches us. Ether 12:6 says, "dispute not because ye see not, for ye receive no witness until after the trial of your faith." (emphasis added)
How can we have more faith? Or be more patient to have faith? We can read the scriptures, study the words or Christ, trust in Him, pray to God for help, etc. Everyone is different but, God knows us and can help us have more faith in Him to follow His will. All we need to do is, "ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." (Matthew 7:7)
I know God lives and will help us follow Him and trust in His will. I know because I have gone to Him when I do not know where to turn and He has guided me. I know He will do the same for you.
